Next year, Google plans to have all of its energy come from wind farms and solar panels. Their off-shore data centers will be powered by each country's most prominent sustainable energy source. This is huge news, especially because Google consumed the same energy as San Francisco in 2015.

These batteries have the potential to produce power for thousands of years, making them ideal for use in medical devices, spacecraft, and satellites. This also reduces the amount of dangerous radioactive waste that just sits on our earth for over 5,000 years as it decomposes.
